OPTION A – Intimate ceremony FOR 2  will include:
- Site fee for a wedding ceremony:  in front of the gazebo, on the front lawn or inside in front of the chimney, for inclement weather  

-You will need to provide a valid NC marriage license, the Minister is billed separately as they have raised their fee to $460.- now

-A small bouquet for the bride and a boutonniere for the groom  (flowers found locally / no exotic flowers)

-a small cake for ceremonial cutting of the cake

- complimentary champagne toast

-pictures package of the event is available but not included 

The package is for up to 2 hours, you will need to arrive already dressed. 
Gratuity not included and left at your discretion.

 

OPTION B – Intimate ceremony and lodging FOR 2  will include
Option A plus two night lodging.  

Gratuity not included and left at your discretion.

 

OPTION C – Intimate ceremony / lodging / lunch or candlelight dinner FOR 2 
Please find below a few ideas (not limited to) :
- Soup:  could be Cream of Asparagus OR Tomato Bisque with cream cheese and chives OR Cream of mushroom (4 different mushrooms)   
- OR Mixed  green with apple slices, croutons, raisins and balsamic vinaigrette

-Main entrée: choice between 
Pecan encrusted trout with a lemon/butter sauce 
OR Chicken breast stuffed with goat cheese and basil with a wine sauce

OR Pork loin stuffed with apricot and cranberry with glaze
Medley of vegetables, creamy polenta or wild rice
-Dessert: choice between
Profiteroles  with a strawberry coulis  OR Apple pie with ice cream  OR  Pumpkin roll with cream cheese and walnuts
OR Cheese cake slice with strawberries
-Coffee and/or tea
One complimentary bottle of wine to go with the dinner
