Minimum stay:  We do have 2-night minimum stay requirement.

Deposits:  A deposit of half of the stay is required with balance due day of arrival. Any reservation must have a deposit of half the stay to be confirmed; otherwise, it can be cancelled any time by the Taylor House. Any cancelled reservation will be refunded less $35.- processing fee as long as cancellation/change of date is made at least 15-days prior to arrival date, 30 days in October and for winter holidays.

Check-in / Check-out:  Check-in time is from 3:00pm until 8:00pm.  Check-out time is 11:00am

Late arrival:  Please call the Inn directly if you plan to arrive later than 8:00pm and we will inform you of our Late Arrival procedure.

Cancellations:  Due to our small size, cancellations and change of dates affect our Bed and Breakfast significantly.  We have a strict 15-days cancellation policy in place. Cancellations for any reason whatsoever (cancelling in full or in part, meaning shortening the reservation) made less than 15 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of any deposits, and the full amount due will be charged. Deposits will be refunded less $35.- processing fee as long as cancellation/shortening/change of date is made at least 15 days prior to arrival date. A no-show, late arrival, or early departure due to any circumstance whatsoever, including weather is considered a cancellation, as is any change in arrival or departure dates.
We do realize that cancellations are often beyond your personal control. Guests who have concerns about this way wish to consider Trip Cancellation/Trip interruption insurance to protect yourselves against any and all unforeseen eventualities, including sudden illness in the family, any weather-related reason, etc. For this reason, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.

Pets:  We love pets and have a dog ourselves.  However, we cannot accommodate any pets at the present time.

Age Requirements:  The Taylor House Inn is not equipped to receive small children.  If you do have to travel with young ones, please reserve the rooms outside the main house, like the Flower Cottage or the Little Room in the Red Cottage.

Excessive Cleaning / Damage: In the rare event that a room or its contents are damaged due to extreme guest negligence, we must assess a cleaning or replacement charge equal to the fee needed to resolve the damage.

PLEASE NO SMOKING INSIDE THE INN!  SMOKING IS PERMITTING ON THE GROUNDS.
