This option is valid for fifty (50) people, very little rentals needed 
The price includes: the lodging in eight (8) rooms for two nights with breakfast every morning, the site fee for the reception, as well as either front lawn or gazebo as wedding ceremony site, and  grounds for parking.
It does not include: Minister, flowers, cake, catering, drinks, rentals, or any party, reunion, meeting that would not have been discussed, approved and priced by  the Taylor House Inn. 

You can have the reception:
Option A – With a buffet using the main breakfast room. The door to the front porch will be opened for easy access. Guests can be seated at long tables or more like cocktail style.
Option B – For a seated dinner –to be coordinated with the Caterer- with your guests seating at tables on the front porch.

The rentals will be ordered and billed separately
-Chairs start at $1.50 (white folding plastic chair)  -  $2.- (same)   -   $3.- ( same with cushion)   -   $8.- bamboo style  White covering for chairs and sash $3.50 per chair
-Tables:  60” round tables (8-10) @$9.-   -   6’ and 8’ tables @$9.-   -   Cocktail tables @$11.-
- Linens : start @$15.- up to $55.- (for extra pattern/color)
- Dinnerware, silverware, glassware are $0.50 - $0.75 each 

- Flushable portable potty @$110.-
- Dance floor comes by  section of 4’ x 4’ @$24.-/each section
Delivery and pick up of rentals $150.- PLUS taxes   Set up fee of canopy depends on size.
