Reception on the Grounds
GROUNDS OPTION A - For up to 100 people
GROUNDS OPTION B - For up to 175 people
GROUNDS OPTION C - For up to 225 people
GROUNDS OPTION D - For up to 300 people
The prices include: the lodging in nine (9) rooms (18 people) for two nights with breakfast every morning, the front lawn, the front porch, the gazebo, the living room in the main house, and grounds for reception.
They do not include: Minister, flowers, cake, catering, drinks, rentals, or any party, reunion, meeting that would not have been discussed, approved and priced by the Taylor House Inn.
It’s suggested that guests car pool as much possible. The excess cars can be parked:
-at a neighbor (2 minutes away) who frequently allows the guests to park up to 30 cars, on his property; providing that he does have availability and against a donation of one hundred dollars.
- in the parking of Valle Crucis Elementary School, where you will need somebody to car pool or we can give you the contact for very reliable transportation companies.
The rentals will be ordered and billed separately
- The size of the canopy will depend on the number of guests, how big a buffet, bar and kind of entertainment (bands sometimes require some kind of staging, a DJ needs only a 6’ table)
-Chairs start at $1.50 (white folding plastic chair) - $2.- (same) - $3.- ( same with cushion) - $8.- bamboo style White covering for chairs and sash $3.50 per chair
-Tables: 60” round tables (8-10) @$9.- - 6’ and 8’ tables @$9.- - Cocktail tables @$11.-
- Linens : start @$15.- up to $55.- (for extra pattern/color)
- Dinnerware, silverware, glassware are $0.50 - $0.75 each
-Dance floor comes by section of 4’ x 4’ @$24.-/each section
Delivery of rentals, set up of dance floor and pick up of rentals $85.- PLUS taxes
